We got there by taxi with the app "Ubiz car Brazil" for 16R$. There are not so many cars but they all go in the right direction and don't go that fast. There is no signal but "bar do limão" might have Wi-Fi.―Raphi

This spot looked great as it's a gasoline stop on the way to the east, but it's in the city center and almost none of the cars go out of the city. It's better to try somewhere outside of the city.―Raphi

Not a great spot (obviously) but we got a bit stranded in the centre of parnaiba trying to get to luis correia so thought we’d try our luck. Somehow we got picked up by actually the nicest man ever … who was late for a work meeting but was so excited to meet us he drove us a fair way down the same road on the other side of the city for luis correia.―Anonymous

People not going far. A few going to macapá which is a beach not that far away. Probs worth it to take their lifts a bit of the way up the road if your trying to get further east, but we ended up getting picked up by a couple going to Barra grande who offered us a villa to stay in for the night… so this spot ended up working out for us!!!―Anonymous

Not an amazing spot, people not that interested in stopping. But eventually got picked up saying we were going to Luis correia. We were looking for somewhere to camp and he ended up taking us to his town of coquiero where he knew a beach bar with 24 hour security. They directed us to another beach barraca which was shut on weekdays (saldanha) were we could stick our hammocks for one night. It was the best beach spot ever―Anonymous

Not a good spot for Luis correia. Just walk up the road north for 20 mins to get to the better road for LC―Anonymous
